Refund & Return Policy – Personal Express

At Personal Express, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns
• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
• Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non‑refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with a description and photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost.
